Get a Load of the Shirtless Lunatic Who Posted Videos Threatening to Kill Jeanine Pirro (and Trump)
By Rusty WeissA Long Island man has been arrested on federal charges after allegedly posting two videos on X in which he threatened to kill U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.
Daniel Wayne Kretsinger, of Hauppauge, New York, appeared shirtless and enraged in the June 30 videos, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Eastern District of New York.
In the recordings, Kretsinger vowed to travel to Washington, D.C., and “put a bullet directly between your eyes,” in a reference to Pirro, while adding he may kill President Trump.
“Because you’re such a lying despicable piece of s***,” he said, according to the complaint. “I’m specifically targeting you when I come to Washington, D.C., and put a bullet directly between your eyes ****.”
The terrifying video was in direct response to a post from Pirro.
Kretsinger thought it was such a good idea to very publicly threaten an official that he posted a second video, stating, "I’m gonna come to DC very f***kin soon sweetheart, and I’m gonna put a bullet in your f***in head. I love you, you evil lying dirt bag thieving f***ing b****!”
He also warned that "if (President) Trump keeps up his bulls***, I may kill the president too.”

Kretsinger's X feed is littered with posts showing a psychotic obsession with the U.S. Attorney. In many of the posts, he is sporting a smile that would make Hunter Biden proud. Bro has summer teeth. Some are there, but some are gone.
The specific video posts threatening Pirro on the 30th appear to have been removed.
Authorities interviewed Kretsinger on July 9, when he acknowledged ownership of the X account. Federal investigators noted that the threats were not isolated outbursts but part of a pattern of escalating online fixation that had been building for weeks.
Far more alarming is the fact that he reportedly scouted out her location. Several times.
Kretsinger told his interviewers he had previously traveled to Washington, D.C., Florida, and Long Island “in efforts to find” Pirro.

The court documents further reveal that authorities viewed the combination of the very explicit threats and actual physical travel as a credible indicator that he intended to follow through.
An arrest warrant was issued on August 7, and he was taken into custody on August 11. He faces a charge of transmitting a threat to injure a person across state lines, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
Prosecutors had argued for the man's detention, citing the seriousness of the threats and the defendant’s admitted attempts to locate Pirro across multiple states. Instead, a magistrate judge later released him to an inpatient psychiatric treatment program.
A spokesperson for Pirro's office issued the following statement: "No one should ever be threatened or targeted for violence. Public officials are no exception, and we commend the United States Marshals Service for its swift action."
