Watch: Raskin Gives Golden Reasons Not to Vote for Dems, Including Remarks About Piker and SCOTUS

Image
By Nick Arama Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD-08) appeared on Meet the Press on Sunday, and he gave us some great reasons why no one should vote for the Democrats in the midterms.  First, he tried to deflect from the concerns that even Democrats have about the Democrats' embrace of extremist Twitch streamer Hasan Piker. The Democrat nominee for Senate in Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed, even pulled Piker in to campaign with him, yet now listen as Raskin scrambles to distance the party from Piker. Jamie Raskin won't condemn Hasan Piker even after being shown a clip of Piker saying he would vote for terrorists "every single time." NBC: “Is the Democratic Party tent big enough to include Hasan Piker?” RASKIN: “I think all of that is an irrelevant distraction.” pic.twitter.com/zLYnHuhZQz — RNC Research (@RNCResearch) September 6, 2026 Raskin claimed that Piker saying he would vote for Hamas "every single time" over Israel was an "irrelevant distraction." Um, Jami...

New Images Reveal China's Stealth Drone At Secretive "Area 51" Base

Image
By Tyler Durden Aviation researcher Andreas Rupprecht posted footage on LinkedIn that appears to show China’s next-generation high-altitude intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance drone , an aircraft he estimates is “ comparable in size to the US Air Force’s B-21 Raider .” Rupprecht wrote on LinkedIn that the WZ-X drone was spotted at a secretive air base in China’s Xinjiang region, known to some as China’s version of Area 51 : Two new images of the PLAAF’s latest and largest intercontinental HALE ISR #UAV, provisionally referred to simply as the #WZ-X, have been leaked, apparently showing the aircraft somewhere in Xinjiang. The UAV was first spotted on satellite imagery in May 2025 at the PLAAF’s UAV test centre at Malan Air Base in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of northwestern China. Rupprecht continued: In recent years, Malan/Uxxaktal (ZWML) has developed into the PLAAF’s main test centre for trialling UAVs and UCAVs of all types, while also serving as the base o...

Karmelo Anthony Seeks $250K for Murder Appeal as Questions Persist Over Family’s Previous $634K Fundraiser

Image
New GiveSendGo donations will go into an attorney trust account as questions linger over how earlier funds were spent By Greg Wehner Karmelo Anthony’s family is seeking another $250,000 to fund his appeal after an earlier campaign raised nearly $634,000 and faced questions over how the money was spent, the family announced at a news conference in Dallas, Texas. The fundraising push came nearly two weeks after a judge denied Anthony’s request for a new trial. His family and supporters, including attorney Russell Wilson, used the Dallas news conference to outline the appeal. Anthony, 19, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in June after a jury convicted him of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf during a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas. He has appealed and says he cannot afford to hire an attorney for the appeal. The new fund is intended to cover legal fees, experts and other costs associated with challenging Anthony’s conviction, Wilson said. Left: Karmelo Anth...

Mamdani Draws Outrage by Signing 9/11 Order — Then Giving Pen to Worst Possible Person

Image
By Kyle N. A. Becker New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani signed an executive order honoring the victims of 9/11 on Friday. Then he handed the ceremonial pen to a lawyer who once represented an al-Qaeda terrorist. Yes, really. The surreal ceremony unfolded at City Hall just one week before the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.  Mamdani gathered senior administration officials to sign two executive orders related to the tragedy.  You just knew this was going to be a fiasco. And it was. The first “order” establishes September 11 as an official New York City “Day of Remembrance and Service,” complete with a citywide moment of silence honoring those killed in the attacks and those who later died from 9/11-related illnesses.  The second updates the city's emergency preparedness and continuity plans. Fine. All fairly standard stuff for a mayor commemorating one of the darkest days in his city's history. Then came the poison pen. After Mamdani finished signing the ...

S&P 100 Drops Nike: Formerly Disruptive Shoe Company Is Now Out of Fashion

Image
By Tim O'Brien In a sign of the changing times, the S&P 100 is delisting Nike. To reiterate, the S&P 100 – not the S&P 500 – is delisting Nike, which is a reflection of the company’s poor performance on Wall Street and elsewhere. If you want to buy a share of the stock these days, it’s floundering around $38 to $40 per share, which is as low as it’s been in about 12 years. The delisting will take effect Sept. 21. That’s a 75% drop from its peak in 2021. So, what gives? Let’s explore the official reasons (excuses) first. Analysts say that Nike has encountered a perfect storm of stagnant sales growth, “shrinking gross margins,” and problems in China, where its shoes are manufactured and which represents a huge consumer market for the firm. But these aren’t reasons; they’re symptoms. Saying your stock is down because sales are down is like saying the reason I’m hungry is because I haven’t eaten any food. The proper response to that is: “Duh?!” To be sure, other poor pe...

Trump Was Right About the Kennedy Center... In a HUGE Way!

Image
By Matt Margolis President Donald Trump has spent months trying to return the Kennedy Center to its former glory, and leftists have been trying to stop him at every turn. This week, the building did their work for them. A chunk of the Grand Foyer ceiling came crashing down onto the red carpet. I’m guessing that’s still not enough proof for Democrats that the place needs work. The collapse hit overnight into Thursday, after a powerful storm tore through Washington, D.C. Meteorologists say it was the strongest system to hit the city since the derecho that flattened trees and power lines back in 2012. This time, it took out part of the ceiling in one of the Kennedy Center's most recognizable rooms, leaving debris scattered across the carpet where donors and dignitaries usually walk. Kennedy Center spokeswoman Roma Daravai wasted no time connecting the dots. . @TKCOfficial ceiling collapsed, yet @wapo @nytimes @TheAtlantic @Reuters @AP @USATODAY — the list goes on — are no...

Judge Orders MS-13 Killer Known as ‘The Witch’ Freed From California ICE Lockup

Image
By Stepheny Price An MS-13 gang member convicted in a savage execution-style murder is out of federal custody in California after a federal judge ordered his immediate release, igniting fury from the Trump administration. U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta ordered the release of David Antonio Aviles Perez, 35, aka "the witch," after finding that immigration officials held him for five months without giving him a bond hearing or determining whether he posed a danger to the public or a flight risk. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin accused the Biden-appointed judge of putting the public in danger by ordering Aviles Perez’s release. "This radical activist judge has put American lives at risk by releasing a wanted murderer," Mullin said in a statement Saturday. "This is now the SECOND time this dangerous illegal has been released back onto the streets in California," he added. "Because sanctuary politicians want...
