RFK Jr. Calls for Rand Paul to Replace Mitch McConnell: He Would Be an ‘Incredible Successor’

Image
By Jason Walsh Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky would be an “incredible successor” to Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell after he announced he would be stepping down. In a floor  speech on Wednesday, McConnell announced that he would step down as the leader of Senate Republicans in November. The longtime establishment Republican said he would serve out his term in the Senate, which ends in January 2027. Meanwhile, Kennedy suggested McConnell’s fellow senator from Kentucky as the replacement. Kennedy posted on X: “Mitch McConnell, who has served in the Senate for almost 40 years, announced he’ll step down this November.” “Part of public service is about knowing when to usher in a new generation.” “It’s time to promote leaders in Washington, DC who won’t kowtow to the military contractors or push us deeper into foreign conflicts.” “We need representation who will prioritize American wellness over all el

9 Ways The Feds Are Using ‘Bidenbucks’ To Rig The 2024 Election

Image
By Shawn Fleetwood Joe Biden is using taxpayer money to run a highly partisan get-out-the-vote operation designed to rig the 2024 election in Democrats’ favor. Nearly three years have passed since President Joe Biden signed  Executive Order 14019 , an overreaching directive aimed at inserting the federal government into state election administration. While deceptively marketed as a heroic effort to enhance “American democracy,” Biden’s directive is far more partisan than the White House and regime-aligned media are willing to admit. The order instructed hundreds of federal agencies to  interfere  in the electoral process by using U.S. taxpayer money to boost voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities. More specifically, federal departments were told to collaborate with so-called “nonpartisan third-party organizations” that have been “approved” by the administration to supply “voter registration services on agency premises.” Despite the administration’s attempt to  stonewal

During Total Meltdown on MSNBC Over SCOTUS and Trump Immunity, Inconvenient Detail Emerges

Image
By Bonchie As RedState reported, the Supreme Court decided to take up the issue of whether Donald Trump enjoys the broad presidential immunity he claims. Oral arguments will happen in late April, with an expedited decision coming no later than June. That news has caused an absolute meltdown on the far left, with MSNBC representing ground zero on Wednesday evening. In perhaps the worst gathering of political personalities in television history, Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Lawrence O'Donnell all appeared together on a three-way split-screen to lambast the Supreme Court for supposedly doing the bidding of Trump. "This is B.S.—you were doing this as a dilatory tactic to help your political friend," says @Maddow on SCOTUS. "And for you to say that this is something that the Court needs to decide because it's something that's unclear in the law is just flagrant, flagrant bullpucky." pic.twitter.com/v1NKDorzb0 — All In with Chris Hayes (@allinwithchris

Putin Gives an Ominous Warning About Further NATO Intervention in Ukraine

Image
By Leah Barkoukis Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday issued an ominous warning to NATO countries if troops are sent into Ukraine. "There has been talk of sending NATO contingents to Ukraine. But we remember the fate of those who sent contingents [in the past]. Now the consequences for the interventionists will be much more tragic," Putin said in his annual State of the Nation address to the Russian parliament. "We, too, have weapons that can hit targets on their territory. This really threatens a conflict with nuclear weapons, and thus the destruction of civilization," he added. “Don’t they get that?”  The warning comes days after French President Emmanuel Macron floated the possibility of sending Western troops into the war-torn country, but the notion was roundly opposed by NATO allies, including the United States.   German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who attended the meeting in Paris on Monday, said that while there was a good debate and de

Either Hunter Lied During Testimony or Everyone Else Did

Image
By Steven Richards his opening statement to the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, Hunter Biden told investigators that he did not involve his father in his business deals. Yet, his assertion directly conflicts with publicly available evidence, Hunter Biden’s own statements, and documentation and witness testimony secured by the committee. "I am here today to provide the Committees with the one uncontestable fact that should end the false premise of this inquiry: I did not involve my father in my business. Not while I was a practicing lawyer, not in my investments or transactions domestic or international, not as a board member, and not as an artist. Never," he said in his  opening statement  obtained by  Punchbowl News . Contrary to that claim, here are some of the documented instances where Hunter Biden involved his father, Joe Biden, in his business deals with foreign partners: Cafe Milano Meetings In 2014, Hunter Biden hosted a dinner meeting at Cafe

Justice Jackson's Comment About Bump Stocks Just May Be the Most Ignorant Thing You've Ever Heard

Image
By Nick Arama It never ceases to amaze me how so many people on the left are so ignorant about guns. Yet, many of those same people endlessly expound on guns, despite their complete ignorance on the subject. We constantly hear them describing ordinary AR-15s as automatics or machine guns, or some other such nonsense. It never occurs to them that the problem, if there is one, isn't the gun, but the person behind it. Somehow, it's always the evil gun's fault and that's why they must be banned. However, when you're on the Supreme Court, you would think that they would have a little more knowledge, particularly if they're going to be considering a case involving guns, that they wouldn't be making idiotic comments. But I guess that might be asking too much. Some of the justices and the government attorneys exhibited some real ignorance about guns on Wednesday during the oral arguments in the  Garland v. Cargill  bump stock ban case.  I wrote in January about

Gun Expert Dismisses Baldwin's Claim About Gun On Rust Set

Image
By Tom Knighton In the immediate aftermath of the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins, actor and anti-gun activist Alec Baldwin claimed the gun just went off. This, of course, is the case with almost every negligent discharge in human history, particularly when someone else was hurt. Yet that never really made a lot of sense. Yes, it's a single-action pistol and those could be tricky back in the day, but most have safety features today that prevent such a thing. Still, Baldwin has insisted. Right now, though, armorer Hannah Reed-Gutierrez is on trial for the death, which means she and her attorneys have to at least create a reasonable doubt about whether she's responsible. That means addressing the fact that Baldwin was holding the gun. That just went off. Only, according to an expert,  it didn't. An independent gun expert has cast new doubt on Alec Baldwin's account of what happened when cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot on the set of the western film Rust. Fi
