Colorado Teacher Now Targeted for Wearing Biological Truth Shirt

Image
By Ward Clark Facts matter. The truth matters. When a person in a position of public trust, like a teacher, is threatened because they assert facts or truth, that's a sure sign of a system gone badly wrong. And yet, that's what has happened to an award-winning Colorado teacher, who is being threatened over her assertion of biological fact; on a t-shirt, no less . Stacy Adair, an award-winning teacher from Colorado, is facing scrutiny after a complaint that accused her of spreading anti-transgender messaging by wearing an "XX ≠ XY" chromosome t-shirt to a professional development training event earlier this month. "They get an anonymous complaint — nobody said anything that day," Adair, who was named teacher of the year at the 2025 Teacher Freedom Summit, said. "I would say people don't even know what it means, honestly." "I told one of my friends that yesterday about getting in trouble and she goes, ‘that's math.’ I said, ‘well, n...

Federal Judge Strikes Down Trump’s 75-Country Visa Ban Designed to Stop Welfare Abuse

Image
By Kyle Becker A Biden-appointed federal judge has struck down the Trump administration’s suspension of immigrant visas for foreign nationals of 75 countries, handing immigration activists another victory against President Trump’s effort to slam the brakes on mass immigration. And once again, a law passed more than 60 years ago — the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, better known as the Hart-Celler Act — is a specter still haunting America’s broken immigration system. At the heart of the case is the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), a “religious” organization that has gotten into the legalized human trafficking racket. U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas of the Southern District of New York ruled that Secretary of State Marco Rubio exceeded his statutory authority when the State Department ordered consular officers to stop issuing immigrant visas to nationals of 75 countries while the administration reviewed public-charge risks. SCOTUS Wire reports: 🚨 A...

CLANCY COPYCAT?: North Dakota mom told husband 'say goodbye to your kids' before killing 3-year-old, 5-month-old, leaving 1-year-old in critical condition: police

Image
By Thomas Stevenson A mother from Mandan, North Dakota , has been charged with the murder and attempted murder of her three children, two of whom were killed and one of whom was stabbed but is expected to make a full recovery. Shocking details were revealed in an affidavit that Kailey Erhart, 22, was seen on video while armed with a pistol telling her husband, “Say goodbye to your kids," according to Valley News Live . She faces two counts of murder, attempted murder, two counts of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, and others in connection to the deaths of two of her children and the serious injury of another that took place on August 6. According to police documents, officers responded to a report that a mother had stabbed her children in Mandan and when the police entered the home, they confronted Erhart, who was holding a knife up to her own throat. Covered in blood, she told the officers to kill her and dropped the blade. After searching the home, the officers found thr...

Father's DNA Search Uncovers 'Devastating' Secret Buried for Decades

Image
By Stephanie Nolasco In 2022, Sophia Maddox received a phone call that upended everything she thought she knew about her family — and sent her searching for answers about one of America's most notorious criminals. At the time, the 22-year-old aspiring filmmaker and actress was living in Los Angeles, juggling odd jobs to make rent, while her father, Daniel Arguelles, was searching for answers about his own past. Raised by his mother and stepfather, Arguelles had been trying to identify his biological father when he called Maddox with a startling discovery. "He told me he thinks he found out who his father is, and if it's true, it's really dark," Maddox told Fox News Digital. "He wasn't sure if I was ready to know. And my dad is not a dark person. He never taught me any dark things. So if he says it's dark, my first thought is it must be famously dark. So I asked him to just get it out of the way." Charles Manson is brought into th...

Jill Biden Suggests Joe May Have Been Drugged Before Debate With Trump. 'Who Knows?'

Image
By Matt Margolis There's something really, really sad about watching Jill Biden scramble this hard to protect a lie. We all know that Joe Biden was cognitively impaired during his presidency; I mean, we all watched him for four years, it was obvious. But no, Team Biden is still trying to pretend that Joe’s disastrous debate performance in June 2024 was a one-off bad night, an inexplicable aberration. Instead, they keep doubling down, and Jill Biden doubled down in the most absurd way during an interview with Jamie Kern Lima that aired Thursday. During the interview, Jill Biden was asked what her “gut” told her happened. “I can't figure it out. That is my honest-to-God true answer. I don't know,” Biden said. Kern Lima noted that “There's so many conspiracy theories online,” prompting Biden to respond, “Oh, and it'll go on forever.” Kern Lima pressed her, pointing out that Biden “was there” and knows him “better than anyone on the planet,” before asking whether...

This Shocking Information About Karmelo Anthony Was Kept From the Jury

Image
By Teri Christoph If you were hoping that you had heard the last of Karmelo Anthony , I've got some bad news for you. As a reminder, Anthony is the young man who was convicted in June of the stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet back in April of 2025. He was sentenced to 35 years in prison.  End of the story, right? Not so fast. Anthony's attorneys are now trying to get that conviction tossed out and want to secure him an entirely new trial. Hearings on that effort were held this week – and they have managed to surface some pretty shocking information that the jury never heard. Anthony apparently has a new legal team, and they are arguing that problems during his original trial deprived him of a fair proceeding. One blockbuster revelation this week was of an unusual, off-the-record agreement between prosecutors and his former defense attorneys to keep damaging information about both Anthony and Metcalf away from the jury. The deal was “...

Work Requirements Are Now Taking a Bite Out of SNAP Enrollments

Image
By Ward Clark There's an old saying about welfare programs in general: Liberals measure the success of a social welfare program by how many people are enrolled, while conservatives measure that success by the number of people who no longer need it. That certainly applies to things like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, which purports to put healthy food on the tables of Americans who are lower on the economic scale. It doesn't always work that way, though; like so many welfare programs, SNAP is subject to considerable abuse. Here's some evidence: As the Trump administration's rather mild work requirements kicked in, SNAP enrollments have dropped, and they have dropped faster than expected. That's a good thing; if people are dropping out of SNAP because they can't be arsed to work a few hours a week, they didn't really need it in the first place. That's not how the legacy media is spinning it . Enrollment in the biggest federally...
