Take A Look At The $6 Million Secret Service Malibu Crash Pad For Hunter Biden
The Secret Service is splashing out a whopping $30,000-a-month to rent a luxury Malibu mansion so they can keep a round-the-clock watch on Hunter Biden, exclusive DailyMail.com pictures reveal.
The Spanish-style sea view villa with six bedrooms, a pool, tasting room, gym, spa, built-in BBQ, and ‘castle-like tower’ is being rented by the presidential bodyguards and is valued at more than $6 million.
The property is right next door to Hunter’s $20,000-a-month rented home where he lives with his wife Melissa, 35, and their baby Beau.
A property listing for the USSS pad describes ‘picturesque gardens’, a ‘sunken living room arching around a huge fireplace’, and ‘hand-carved doors, artisan tiles, [and] antique style bar with stained glass inlay’.
The realtor described it as ‘A Magical Mediterranean Resort Style Home with Ocean Views.’
It was originally built in 1958 for actress Linda Lavin – star of the 1970s sitcom Alice. ‘With many outstanding performances, Linda Lavin made this home a perfect reflection of her talent,’ the gushing realtor said.
The luxurious pad includes poolside fire pits and a jacuzzi allowing agents to relax in style during their downtime from protecting the 52-year-old.
Listing photos for the property, which has an estimated value of $6,057,000 according to Zillow, show a tiled kitchen with a wood-paneled ceiling and foosball table.
Pictures show arched fireplaces in the en suite bedrooms and sea view bathrooms, and a wet bar made of carved wood.
The six-bed mansion and Hunter’s neighboring rental are on a dead-end private road, high up above the Malibu coastline in Southern California and overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The owners of the Secret Service rental property are electrical engineer Arya Behzad and civil engineer Maryam Eshghipour, who also owns a mansion in the Bay Area modeled on a Norman castle.
Their 10,000-square-foot house in Los Altos has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a reception hall, and numerous formal and informal rooms, and is worth an estimated $9.5million.

Despite his lavish digs, Hunter has come under financial pressure.

According to The New York Times, the president’s son took out a $1million loan this year to pay his delinquent taxes in an attempt to cool the heat of a federal investigation into his alleged tax fraud, money laundering, and illegal lobbying.

The federal probe is investigating his previous business dealings with Chinese government-linked companies and an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm which netted him millions of dollars.
In 2019 the president’s son was sued over unpaid child support for his baby with former employee Lunden Roberts. After first denying the child was his until DNA evidence proved it, he claimed he did not have enough money to pay – despite living in a $12,000-per-month home in Hollywood and driving a Porsche.
When the judge ordered him to produce financial records, Hunter settled out of court for a reported $2.5 million.

Secret Service agents have previously had their work cut out for them providing protection for Joe Biden’s wayward son.

Texts from Hunter’s laptop in 2018 show a recently retired senior USSS officer came close to breaking down Hunter’s hotel room door to check on him after he failed to come out, following a days-long drug and alcohol-fueled binge with hookers.
And the same year when Hunter’s sister-in-law and former lover Hallie Biden dumped his pistol in a supermarket trash can in Wilmington, Delaware, Secret Service agents allegedly intervened in the ensuing police investigation.
Ron Palmieri, owner of StarQuest Shooters where Hunter bought the gun, said USSS officers showed up at his store and asked him to give them the sale records for the weapon. Palmieri refused, believing the agents were going to destroy the documents.
As Joe Biden was no longer vice president, no one in the family was entitled to Secret Service protection at the time.
Biden’s family isn’t the first that has landed taxpayers with huge bills for protecting their families.
