An Ever Determined Enemy

Recently the Mayor of Austin, Texas, held an “Iftar” dinner with special guest Rep. Ilhan Omar. Yes, I guess he is a candidate for our “Stuck on Stupid Saturday” recognition. There is another candidate, the Mayor of Philadephia, who, as far as I have read, has taken no action against the Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center where kids were singing violent hate songs.

 There are just too many useful idiots and enablers who are allowing this very determined enemy, Islamic jihadists, to thrive. Remember the judge out in New Mexico who was going to release the leaders of the Islamic terrorist camp in the “Land of Enchantment?”

 Well, sadly, I must share with y’all that this scourge is now operating down in “Sweet Home Alabama.”

 As reported by ABC 3340:

“At first glance, it looks like an abandoned dump. But this plot of land in Macon County, Alabama is described in an FBI search warrant as a “makeshift military-style obstacle course” belonging to a small group of terrorists led by Siraj Wahhaj who owned the property up a long dirt road but just a few miles from downtown Tuskegee.  
The property, similar to another compound in New Mexico the group is now linked to where federal prosecutors say Wahhaj and four other suspects were training children to carry out deadly terror attacks on American soil. In the Alabama case the group may not have carried out an attack, but the remains of a child believed to belong to Wahhaj, who is being charged with kidnapping were also found on the property.”

 Yes, this is happening in the deep south, why? Recently, I was with the good folks in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and mentioned this to some. They told me that there is one of these “compounds” in the Volunteer State. Perhaps some of you recall a place in upstate New York called “Islamberg.” As well, I have read reports about an Islamic training camp in central Georgia.

 Now, of course, I can hear the progressive socialists — who, for some odd reason, find alignment with Islamic fascists, jihadists — saying, “what about those Christian summer camps?” Yes, you know that is how they come up with the insidious moral equivalency argument in their beady little brains.

 I remember sending Aubrey and Austen to a Christian camp for teenagers, they sang songs, had services, and prayed a lot. They came back with a stronger sense of spiritual being, more confident and blessed. Folks, Islamapologists, will say that jihad is about some inner struggle and self-improvement. I do not think that Osama bin Laden, ISIS, the Taliban, Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, or the countless machinations and iterations of Islamic jihadist groups are talking about “hot yoga” when they mention jihad. But, for some incredible reason, we keep dismissing their very clearly stated intentions, actions, including those emanating from members of our own Congress.

 This is not about restricting freedom of religion, that is what progressive socialists seek. This is about recognizing the difference between freedom of religion and open advocacy for sedition. In its pure sense, there is no state of compatibility and coexistence between our Constitutional Republic and Islamic fascism, jihadism, or Islamism. That is a violent theocratic-political philosophy of governance that is not in concert with our fundamental principles and values of individual rights, freedoms, and liberties.

 Once again, I find the abject insidious rantings of someone like a Rep. Ocasio-Cortez who tries to declare that Christians — so-called “right-wingers” — want to institute a theocracy here in America. Such blatant false narratives only lead to the demonization of innocent people because they do not agree, nor will be subjugated, to the progressive socialist ideological agenda, and tyranny. Yet, when it comes to a blatant Islamo-fascist colleague, Rep. Omar, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez runs to her defense, even as Omar said that 911 was merely an event where “some people did something.” I am quite sure there are constituents of Ms. Ocasio-Cortez who lost loved ones on 911, but, obviously, the unholy alliance between socialists and Islamists is more important.
Having Islamic terrorist training camps on our soil is no different from having Nazi German or Imperial Japanese training facilities on our soil. Our allowing this to happen is very threatening, disconcerting, to say the least.
