BREAKING: Biden Ghostwriter Tapes Are Out - and They're Already Raising Big Questions

Image
By Jennifer Van Laar On Monday morning a federal judge dissolved an injunction blocking the release of transcripts and audio recordings of conversations between Joe Biden and his ghostwriter, Marc Zwonitzer that occurred in 2016 and 2017. The Heritage Foundation sought their release as part of a Freedom of Information Act request, since they were cited in Special Counsel Robert Hur's report as a reason Biden was not charged with crimes related to mishandling classified information. That audio has now been released; you can listen for yourself here . Hur said in his 2024 report: “. . . Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023.” "Mr. Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations..." “Mr. Biden’s recorded conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events and straining at times to re...

Bryan Kohberger Now Claims He's Innocent in the Brutal Murders of Four Idaho College Students

Image
By Teri Christoph Bryan Kohberger, the man who pleaded guilty last July to the murders of four University of Idaho college students in 2022, has made a blockbuster revelation: he wants to retract that guilty plea, now claiming that he was misled into confessing to the murders that took place at an off-campus house in Moscow, Idaho. Kohberger made the stunning remarks in a Sunday night phone interview from prison with The New York Times. In it, he claimed that his plea "must be withdrawn" because it was made on "false promises and blatant disinformation."  “My actual innocence is my truth, and the plea, hinged on by false promises and blatant disinformation, MUST be withdrawn,” Mr. Kohberger said in a statement provided to The Times on Sunday night. He reiterated in a phone call from prison in Idaho that he had an “absolute claim of innocence.” He also revealed that he had filed a petition seeking to overturn his guilty plea and is now requesting a new trial.  I...

Secret Service Agent is Among Three People Near-fatal Fraternity Hazing Incident

Image
By Kevin Killough A Secret Service agent was arrested on Sunday on charges that he participated in the hazing of a new fraternity member who was paddled so severely that he suffered kidney damage and nearly died, according to court records.  Marquez Pinder, 29, who was based in South Florida, was booked into a Miami jail on felony charges of hazing, attempted manslaughter and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the New York Times reported . Two other men who aren't Secret Service agents were also charged in the incident. According to an arrest warrant, the victim was identified as a University of Miami law student and the fraternity involved as Kappa Alpha Psi. The fraternity officially prohibits hazing.  Pinder's defense lawyer, Justic Beckham, said that his client was "grossly overcharged." Beckham said Pinder has served his country "honorably, first in the military and then in the Secre...

Reality TV Star Reveals How L.A.’s Crime Crisis Has Hollywood Panicking

Image
By WARNER TODD HUSTON Reality TV show star Morgan Stewart is fed up by the soaring crime in Los Angeles and in a recent interview noted that, “Everyone I know has gotten robbed.” Appearing on the Therapuss podcast released on Friday, Stewart described how she was robbed even though she has expensive security measures put in place. She went on to say she lost a Hermès Birkin bag she paid thousands of dollars for in France. “Bought it in France, brought it home, stolen out of my house two days later,” Stewart said of the expensive bag.” “Oh, I heard about this,” host Jake Shane said. “Morgan got robbed.” “Twice,” Stewart replied. She went on to say her expensive private security guard fell asleep on the job and never noticed the thieves breaking into her house. “They went into our bedroom and ransacked my husband’s watches,” she recounted. But that was just one time her home was invaded. She also noted that she lost a load of expensive jewelry — but that time her...

This Is Why the Pinkos Will Lose the Battle for the United States of America

Image
By Kevin Downey Jr. I was sitting in the yard, day-drinking with friends on Saturday at noon, sharing stories about old dogs, children, and watermelon wine (personally, I like beer), trying to come up with something to write about. The conversation then bounced from topics Long Island day drinkers enjoy: the various wildlife flowing in to the yard to enjoy the smorgasbord of bird foods (which squirrels and rabbits seem to relish as well), how the flight patterns out of Republic Airport were keeping the sky above the yard full of single-engine planes, and that filthy stain of a mayor currently stuffing New York City into the commie woodchipper, Zohran Mamdani .  FACT-O-RAMA! Day-drinking with friends is the best! Despite his sneaky snake smile, Mamdani is nothing short of a turd burglar. His political party, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), is made up of a bunch of milksop communists masquerading as people who are anything but milksop communists. Mamdani's first miss...

Scottish World Cup Fans Fell in Love With This Iconic American Beer so Much They're Selling It in the UK Now

Image
By ANDREW CHAPADOS The 2026 World Cup was initially about soccer for Scottish travelers, but it very quickly became about beer. During the historic tournament, the Scots used Boston as their home base, where they became known for showing up at different events in droves, singing and drinking. 'Do they ever sleep? Do they ever get tired?' Whether it was Fenway Park or the local pub, the Scottish fans drank multiple establishments dry. One example was the Black Rose, where a local fan remarked that the bar had never gone dry in its 50-year history. With the Scottish travelers around, however, the venue ran out of drinks "including water" for the first time. Scotland played two out of its three World Cup games at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts: a 1-0 win against Haiti and a 1-0 loss to Morocco. During that time, the fans known as the Tartan Army — which refers to the tartan pattern , aka plaid — fell in love with one particular American...

Seattle Reels From Triple Homicide As $360K Police Chief Hides Out in Chicago

Image
By Teri Christoph What should have been a nice day out at a Seattle food festival turned into a nightmare Sunday as two gunmen reportedly opened fire on each other, killing three and wounding four others, including a toddler. And the response from city officials, including socialist Mayor Katie Wilson and Chief of Police Shon Barnes, is being called "amateur hour" in the wake of the tragedy. The gunfire broke out shortly before 6PM at Bite of Seattle , a three-day food extravaganza that was being held at Seattle Center in the shadow of the city's famous Space Needle. Videos of the chaos began popping up on social media almost immediately, including one caught by a vendor who was doing a livestream when the shots rang out. A mass sh—ting occurred at the Bite of Seattle food festival. One food vendor was live-streaming and caught the commotion in the background. An unknown number of victims are known at the moment. https://t.co/5FFcb9VEOT pic.twitter.com/z61ecUDedv — ...

The Lockdown Dissidents Vindicated

Image
By Richard Kirk Senator Rand Paul says his wife regularly greets him at home with this question, “Why is Tony Fauci not yet in jail?” That peculiar welcome suggests she knows what many folks know but not enough powerful government and media figures who are willing to follow the evidence to its logical conclusion. Several prosecutorial points were included in Jenner Furst’s documentary, Thank You, Dr. Fauci , a late 2024 film focused on the doctor’s decades-long obsession with gain-of-function research, the gene-splicing technique that almost certainly led to the creation of the Wuhan virus and to a pandemic that caused a large number of excess deaths worldwide, perhaps mounting to the millions. A recently released Wall Street Journal documentary written and directed by Michael Pack focuses on the central role played by Fauci in pushing the counterproductive COVID lockdowns and in vilifying health experts who opposed those draconian measures. Its title: The Lockdown D...

Democrats Keep Digging Their Hole Deeper

Image
By Amy Denton Today’s Democrats are so far from the Democrat Party of twenty or thirty years ago that no Democrat back then would be willing to claim them now. The leaders of the Democratic Party of today do not seem to understand that the farther and farther they go to the left, the less people will be willing to donate to them. Putting aside the mess that ActBlue built with its creative fundraising, the Democratic National Committee is in serious financial trouble. Ever since Kamala Harris’ disastrous campaign burned through $1.5 billion—yes, billion with a "b"—the DNC has had the problem of what to do with the remainder of her debt. In August 2025, the DNC agreed to pay off $20.5 million in campaign debts while Harris agreed to raise money for the DNC to “make the entity whole financially.” Where the money came from to pay that amount off is anybody’s guess. The DNC already had financial problems as of June 2025, with the main fundraising committee looking to borrow m...

Bye, Now: ICE Mounts Operations to Remove TPS Haitians From the United States

Image
By Jennifer Oliver O'Connell Monday marks the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians and Syrians. Reports from Fox News and CBS News indicate Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has formulated plans for focused operations to ensure the removal of the TPS Haitians from the interior. Areas of particular focus: Indiana, South Florida, and of course, Ohio . U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to dramatically ramp up operations to locate and arrest Haitian nationals whose Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is expected to end imminently, multiple federal sources told Fox News. The expanded operation is expected to begin as soon as this week. As RedState reported in June, SCOTUS issued its decision in Mullin v. Doe, holding that most non-constitutional (i.e., statutory) challenges to Temporary Protected Status (TPS) terminations cannot even be heard by federal courts. Additionally, the Court held that the constitutional claim, that the dec...
