As you may recall, Kandula, who had a Nazi flag with him, crashed a U-Haul into the barriers of Lafayette Square. And as you know, the fact that the same government that has told us there is nothing to see in the Kandula incident has also been very adept at targeting pro-lifers, and Catholics, making sure that the J6ers serve as a warning to us all, and harvesting bank information. By Michael Gryboski The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal filed by a group of women suing Reddit and alleging the online platform is profiting from the posting of child pornography, allowing an earlier decision in favor of the popular website to stand. In an  orders list  released Tuesday morning, the nation's high court refused to grant a writ of certiorari and hear oral arguments in the case of  Jane Does 1-6 et al. v. Reddit, Inc.  The case centers on whether the social media platform knowingly participated in sex trafficking. In April 2021, a woman identified as "Jane Doe" filed a class action lawsuit against Reddit after her ex-boyfriend posted sexually explicit images of her from when she was a minor on the platform without her consent. Although Doe repeatedly reported these posts to Reddit, the website allegedly did little to help take down the images, with her ex-boyfriend continuously reposting them to the platform. This curious strategy seemed to defy the confidence he otherwise projected about his chances to win the GOP nomination. And Trump has certainly had reason to be confident. Polls have consistently shown him with a substantial lead in national and several state polls. Just last week, Trump’s campaign highlighted a Florida Atlantic University poll showing Trump with a 28-point lead over DeSantis in DeSantis’s home state of Florida. “Former President Trump continues to be a strong candidate for the Republican nomination, and his support appears durable and consistent,” Kevin Wagner, professor of political science at FAU, said in a statement . By Jeff Charles Public opinion on gun rights and gun control has shifted over the past decade. In some ways, attitudes toward gun ownership and gun violence have been encouraging. But in other ways, it shows that those who support gun rights have more work to do to change hearts and minds on the issue – especially as the anti-gunner lobby continues to propagandize against the need for responsible gun ownership. According to a recent NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll , a majority of the American public supports stand-your-ground laws, which allow individuals who feel their life or safety is threatened in a public place to use force, even lethal, against the perceived threat. Approximately 60 percent of U.S. adults supported these laws, with more than 80 percent of Republicans and 57 percent of Independents agreeing, while only 40 percent of Democrats shared the same view. By DAVID CATRON Now that Ron DeSantis has entered the race for the GOP presidential nomination, former President Trump and many of his supporters have accused the Florida governor of disloyalty. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, for example, has suggested that DeSantis’ political ambitions have caused him to lose sight of “values like loyalty.” The basis for this claim is that DeSantis somehow owes Trump a 21st century version of feudal fealty because the latter endorsed him during Florida’s 2018 gubernatorial race. This kind of nonsense plays into the hands of the Democrats. President Biden is already portraying “MAGA Republicans” as a  threat to democracy  and any aversion to genuine competition between candidates during the GOP primaries reinforces that canard. Moreover, Trump’s petty personal attacks on DeSantis make the former president appear weak and many of his policy criticisms of the Sunshine State’s governor sound like Democratic talking points....

By Terresa Monroe-Hamilton Netflix has decided to attempt to clamp down on users who share their accounts with family members who live in other locations and both Amazon Prime Video UK and Blockbuster are mocking the service mercilessly for doing so. The controversial crackdown is problematic since users are either claiming family members are living with them when they aren’t or are quitting Netflix over the monumentally ill-conceived move. Some might even say that if they weren’t paying the Obamas and other leftist radicals millions, they would have a much bigger viewership that would make cracking down on subscribers unnecessary.
