Exposed: Newsom's Burn-It-Out Policy Behind LA Firestorm

Image
By Ward Clark Events leading up to the notorious Pacific Palisades fire in California are still being uncovered. In the latest such case, we learn now that there is a direct link between the administration of California Governor Gavin Newsom and the factors  leading up to that catastrophic fire . Eleven months after the Palisades Fire  destroyed thousands of Los Angeles homes , we may finally have the smoking gun linking  Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration  to the deadly blaze. A newly discovered “Wildfire Management Plan,” quietly issued by California State Parks just weeks before the Jan. 7 wildfire, states Newsom’s policy bluntly: “Unless specified otherwise, State Parks prefers to let Topanga State Park burn in a wildfire event” — disregarding the park’s proximity to residential neighborhoods. The document, prepared in December 2024, was unearthed this week through legal discovery in a civil lawsuit against the state. Attorney Alexander “Trey” Robinson, who r...

Bessent Moves to Completely Cut Off Illegals From U.S. Financial System

Image
By Catherine Salgado Treasury Secretary Scott Beis is moving to remove illegal aliens from the U.S. financial system entirely. If you are not allowed to be in the country, you certainly should not be receiving taxpayer-funded benefits. At President Donald Trump’s “direction, we are working to cut off federal benefits to illegal aliens and preserve them for U.S. citizens,” Bessent posted on X Nov. 28. Whether it is welfare, healthcare, education, or any other taxpayer-funded program, illegal aliens are not allowed—and should not be—receiving federal benefits. Bessent  clarified , “@USTreasury announced that it will issue proposed regulations clarifying that the refunded portions of certain individual income tax benefits are no longer available to illegal and other non-qualified aliens, covering the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Additional Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Saver’s Match Credit.” Illegal aliens have cost Americans literally billions of...

Free Money: Cook County Makes Guaranteed Income Program Permanent

Image
What happens when residents receive $500 cash, no strings attached?     By Elizabeth Lawrence Cook County, Illinois, home to  Chicago  and five million residents, has made its guaranteed basic income (GBI) program permanent after officials unanimously approved $7.5 million for the welfare initiative. The county’s GBI pilot program was supposed to test whether unconditional payments could help struggling residents “live healthier, more stable lives.” Local officials say the experiment in wealth redistribution was a resounding success, but critics argue the program delivered laziness in the form of taxpayer-funded cash. Income for Nothing Cook County launched its controversial guaranteed income pilot program in late 2022, providing 3,250 “low-to-moderate income families” $500 cash every month. Over 230,000 people applied to take part in the Cook County Promise Guaranteed Income Pilot before participants were selected through a lottery. Payments started in December that...

Watch: Things Go Off the Rails in NYC As Chaotic Anti-ICE Crew Blocks Agents From Exiting Garage

Image
By Nick Arama The left has gone way off the rails with their anti-ICE actions.  Even after attacks on ICE facilities that have left people dead, you still have radical anti-ICE crews wreaking havoc in places like New York City, trying to stop ICE from carrying out its mission.  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has made it clear: the radicals aren't going to stop them.  Apparently, the radicals heard that the federal agents might be conducting another operation on Canal Street, an area ICE has hit in the past. So about 150 people  tried to block agents  from getting out of a garage of a federal building, and the agents had to call 911 to have the NYPD help them get out.  In the following video, you can watch about 10 minutes of the radical leftists chasing down government vans, standing in front of them, pulling all kinds of things into the street to block the vans, from heavy planters to metal garbage cans. Police had to keep shoving them out o...

Pass the Popcorn: Kash Patel Has Intriguing News About Comey Case and Those 'Burn Bags'

Image
By Nick Arama As we reported, a judge tossed the case against former FBI Director James Comey for technical reasons, ruling the appointment of the interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, who had filed the matter, was invalid. So it wasn't a ruling on the merits of the case, and it was dismissed without prejudice, so it could potentially be filed again, although there's a potential question about the statute of limitations. The Justice Department (DOJ) has already indicated that it would appeal that decision. So I don't think Comey should be taking that victory lap just yet, because it surely sounds like more is coming.  FBI Director Kash Patel also made some intriguing statements  during an interview  with the Epoch Times. He said that while the DOJ might be pursuing the appeal, they also had "numerous options to proceed and we're executing on all those options." 🚨 BREAKING: James Comey celebrated WAY too early that his indictment got dismissed by an acti...

Mark Kelly Is a Veteran: He Knows Better

Image
By Chase Spears In J.R.R. Tolkien’s masterpiece The Two Towers ,  he wrote a scene in which the tree-giant Ent named Treebeard prepared to battle against the evil wizard Saruman for his part in the wanton destruction of Fangorn Forest. “Wizards ought to know better: they do know better. There is no curse in Elvish, Entish, or the tongues of Men bad enough for such treachery.”   This quote came to mind as I reflected on the shooting of two National Guardsmen in Washington, D.C. For two weeks now, a growing number of congressional Democrats played the part of pawns in a well-funded, highly coordinated campaign designed to drive a wedge between the military, its chain of command, and the American public. It started with a video titled Don’t Give up the Ship by a group of congressional members who planted a fictional notion that President Trump is issuing illegal orders to the military. That campaign was the opening salvo to a war of words soon accompanied by street combat tha...

Zelensky’s chief of staff and lead negotiator in U.S. talks resigns after anti-corruption investigators search his home, office

Image
By Brooke Mallory Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the resignation of Andriy Yermak, his longtime chief of staff and the country’s most influential official after himself. The move came just hours after anti-corruption investigators searched Yermak’s residence and office in connection with a massive embezzlement probe. “We don’t have a right to retreat or argue between ourselves. If we lose unity, we risk losing everything — ourselves, Ukraine, our future,” Zelenskyy said. “We must unite, we must hold on. We have no other choice. We won’t have another Ukraine.” “To preserve our internal strength, there must be no reasons to be distracted at anything else except for defense of Ukraine,” he added. “I don’t want anybody to be questioning Ukraine, and that’s why we have today’s decisions,” Zelensky stated. Ukrainian anti-corruption agencies, including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP)...

Israel Roasts Hamas, Exposes a Century of Arab Rejection of Peace

Image
By Catherine Salgado From the Grand Mufti’s alignment with Hitler to the Hamas charter, and from the Arab  invasion  of 1948 to the Oct. 7 massacre, Israel has always tried to choose peace, and the Muslim Arabs have always insisted on destroying it. The Israeli foreign ministry packed nearly a hundred years of Arabs rejecting peace to destroy Israel into a little over a minute of hard-hitting video. Israel is not the reason Hamas has repeatedly  violated  the ceasefire or the Palestinian Authority is still rewarding terrorists through  pay-for-slay . This conflict has roots going all the way back to the founding of Islam and its inherent  command  to Jihad. Since 1947, one truth has never changed: Israel chooses peace. Arab leaders chose war, terror, and rejectionism - again and again. But Israel still says YES. YES to peace. YES to coexistence. YES to the future we deserve. 🇮🇱✨ pic.twitter.com/MxPYNvl2lp — Israel Foreign Ministry (@IsraelMFA) No...

Ripped off! Universities Sold a Whole Generation on a Lie

Image
Harvard University By Joel Kotkin Some day, Donald Trump may lead America into a golden era of reindustrialisation, or perhaps one last hurrah before China’s domination of materials and manufacturing knocks the US off its number one perch. Yet what if we start to build new factories and ports but no one shows up to work in them? Trump claims to have dragooned some $12 trillion in new foreign investment, but even he questions whether we have the bodies, and minds, to fill American jobs. He recently defended H-1B visas for migrants with “special” talents (after first questioning them), alarming some of his more nationalist Maga allies. H-1B visas are typically used by tech firms, but the row over their future illustrates why America is facing a critical shortage of skilled workers across the board. To some extent, both sides of the debate are right. As the populist Right points out, H1-B visas have a record of abuse – including a notorious case at Disney, which replaced some of ...
