The Upcoming AI War

Image
By Brandon Morse Imagine one day, you get a text from a family member. They ask how things are going. You answer, and the two of you strike up a conversation. They ask about the kids by name and are amazed at how fast they're growing. They ask how things are going with your job ever since you got the promotion, and talk about how much fun they had hanging out with you at the game last weekend.  After a short while of talking back and forth, this family member asks a huge favor. They just need $100 to help them get a new tire. They'll pay you back as soon as they can. Being helpful, you send them $100 through a cash transfer app, such as Venmo. They thank you profusely, and you move on with your day. However, when you later ask how the new tire is working out, the family member has no idea what you're talking about. They never needed a new tire. In fact, they never texted you at all.  It's clear you got scammed, but how did the scammer have all this inf...

NBC News Completely Severs Relationship With MSNBC, Gives Them the Last Thing They Want: Independence

Image
By Brad Slager As we are moving into October, it means that the cable news channel MSNBC is set to go through monumental changes. These arrive as a result of Comcast-Universal spinning off its cable channels into a separate entity, called Versant. The first sign of trouble is that we see a cable entity (Comcast) divesting from its cable base. That speaks volumes.  As a result, MSNBC is in the process of more than a rebranding;  the network is undergoing a fundamental makeover.  But this is not one with an eye towards “new & improved”; it is one being foisted upon them by this severing of ties. What we are looking at is essentially on par with parents who have made the stand to have their indigent child forced out to learn to live on their own. First on the slate was the new name. MSNBC announced last month it was going to be rebranded as “MS NOW,” which is said to be the acronym for “My Source for News, Opinion, and the World.” But what...

Pete Hegseth Makes a Much-Needed 'My Way or the Highway' Offer to Assembled Generals and Admirals

Image
By streiff Secretary of War Pete Hegseth gave his much-awaited speech to an assembly of all general or flag officers currently in command billets, along with their senior enlisted advisers, at USMC Base Quantico on Tuesday morning. My colleague Jennifer Oliver O'Connell has covered the particulars of the speech in an earlier post,  Pete Hegseth Sets Directives and the New Direction for the Department of War . I posted earlier on the prelude to the speech, and I think those posts held up well to the test of time. The big themes of the speech were a) the Department of War exists to prepare to fight and win wars, and if it isn't doing that nothing else matters; b) big accomplishments can't happen without ruthless attention to small details; c) power to enforce standards must be decentralized if it is to work; and d) there is one high standard for the Department of War. Everyone really needs to watch this. Hegseth spoke for 45 minutes without notes. My gut...

Why No One Should Trust Anything James Comey Says

Image
By Byron York This is not the place to analyze the details of former FBI Director James Comey’s indictment because we don’t know what those details are. Prosecutors will soon have to come up with a bill of particulars enumerating the specific lies they allege Comey told under oath. Of course, there are critics who say the whole thing is a disaster. For now, we don’t really know. But we do know what happened in 2017. The new president, Donald Trump, was the target of wild speculation accusing him of “collusion” with Russia in the 2016 election. Comey, then head of the FBI, was in the middle of it, leading the bureau’s “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation. When Trump was still president-elect , Comey, after long and careful planning, used a briefing on Russian election influence efforts as the pretext to ambush Trump with the so-called “pee tape” allegation from the debunked Steele dossier. It happened on Jan. 6, 2017, in Trump Tower in New York. At the end of the briefing, Come...

A Citizen-Only Census Restores Founders' Vision

Image
By Hayden Ludwig Who is the census for? Or more importantly, who does Congress represent? If you answered "U.S. citizens," you're correct – or at least you should be. At the start of each decade, the federal government tallies who's living in the country and where, citizens and non-citizens alike. That census data determines how many seats in the House of Representatives each state receives, as well as its share of Electoral College votes for president. This whole process is mandated by Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution, the part most focused on proper representation. But representation for whom? Since 1790, anyone and everyone living within America's borders, "excluding Indians not taxed." That's approximately 300 million Americans and 41 million non-citizens, the most in our nation's history, nearly half of them living here illegally. Non-citizens have never been allowed to vote in congressional elections. But they receive improp...

"You Pissed Off The Wrong Daddy!": Father Of Murder Victim Unloads On Dems' Soft-On-Crime Policies

Image
By Tyler Durden Authored by Debra Heine via American Greatness, In emotionally fraught testimony Monday, Steve Federico, father of a young woman who was brutally murdered by a black career criminal in South Carolina, pleaded with Democrats to stop protecting dangerous criminals with soft-on-crime policies. The House Judiciary Committee held  a field hearing  in Charlotte, North Carolina, Monday, to “examine violent crime in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding areas looking at repeat offenders and lenient pretrial release policies and decisions among others.” The man’s daughter, Logan Federico, 22, was  fatally shot in the chest  by Alexander Dickey, 30, during a home invasion on May 3, 2025.  She had been visiting friends at a rented property in Columbia, South Carolina at the time of the execution-style murder. “ When I tell you this story, think about your kids,”  her father said, his voice trembling with raw emotion. “Think about your child...

Democrats Are Walking Into a Trap

Image
By Bonchie With a government shutdown looming, Democrats are clanging like cymbals, accusing Republicans of not wanting to fund "healthcare." Of course, the truth of the matter is far different from their pronouncements. What's being "cut" are COVID-era emergency appropriations that  Democrats  set to expire in the Inflation Reduction Act.  Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) pointed that out on Monday after Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) attempted to mislead Americans about the situation. Democrats are having trouble keeping their lies straight. — Gigs (@GigiHSVARK) September 29, 2025 Then there's the issue of funding for healthcare for illegal aliens, which is part of the $1.5 trillion "hostage" deal exposed by Vice President JD Vance and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). SEE:  Vance, Johnson Hold Presser, Rip and Expose Democrat Government Shutdown Gambit  But while Democrats are no doubt responsibl...

Witch Who Participated in ‘Jezebel’ Hex of Charlie Kirk Before He Was Murdered, Now Expresses Regret

Image
By Mike LaChance As the Gateway Pundit reported on September 10th, shortly before Charlie Kirk was assassinated,  the left wing outlet ‘Jezebel’ hired a group of witches to put a hex on Kirk  and then published a story about it. Last week,  Megyn Kelly revealed some new details about the story.  Charlie and Erika Kirk had heard about the story, and Erika was particularly ‘rattled’ by it. They invited a friend over, a priest, to pray with them and to pray over Charlie for God’s protection. You know the rest of the story. Now, it appears that one of the witches involved in the hexing is experiencing regret. That’s just too bad for her. You cannot unring that bell. From  The Blast, via Yahoo News: The Witch Who Claims To Have Cursed Charlie Kirk Speaks Out With Regret The shadowy world of witchcraft chillingly collided with American politics this month, after a spellcaster publicly admitted regret for her part in a curse said to target cons...

More Questions on Spanberger's Incendiary Rhetoric After Second Virginia GOP Delegate Gets Death Threat

Image
By Sister Toldjah There must be something in the water for Virginia Democrats, as the last several weeks have seen an alarming rise in extremist rhetoric and alleged death threats directed at Republican state lawmakers, including Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, who is running for governor. The latest one involves a text message that Republican Del. Geary Higgins, who is up for reelection in November, allegedly received and which contained a message indicating that the sender was going to shoot Higgins while also noting that "I know where your f***in kids are too."  ABC 7's Nick Minock  revealed  that the suspect was said to be motivated by Higgins pushing back on the racist sign that was displayed during a speech Earle-Sears gave in August, so presumably the text was sent a short time after the sign's message went viral: 🚨 New: A man is charged in Loudoun County with threatening to shoot Virginia lawmaker Republican Del. Geary Higgins. After Higgins sent a message ...

Christian Pastor Denied Access at Texas Airport Chapel in the New Islamized Texas (Video)

Image
By Amy Mek At Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, a Southern Baptist pastor was denied entry to a taxpayer-funded chapel during Muslim prayers—an incident that exposes the growing transformation of America’s “interfaith” chapels into Islamic-only spaces and the broader Islamization of Texas public life. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is under scrutiny after a Southern Baptist pastor says he was denied access to the airport chapel by Muslims during a prayer service. The incident has reignited concerns about the growing trend of Islamic dominance over shared public and religious spaces in Texas. Pastor Turned Away Tom Ascol, a prominent Southern Baptist pastor, had traveled to Dallas to visit the grieving family of his close friend,  Dr. Voddie Baucham , a widely respected pastor and scholar who died last week following a sudden medical emergency. Baucham was just 56 years old. ...
