Must Watch: VA Secretary's Epic Turning of the Tables on CNN's Kaitlan Collins

All the liberal media seems to want to talk about is the Signal story; they don't want to talk about all the positive successes that the Trump team is pulling off or the Democrats being in disarray with historically low approval. But I think that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Doug Collins, may have just killed that strategy big time during his appearance on CNN.
Doug Collins was supposed to be on to talk about veterans. But CNN's Kaitlan Collins then asked him about his opinion on the Signal story. He said he wasn't on the call, so he couldn't say anything more than his colleagues had already said, that he was there to talk about veterans. But the CNN anchor kept pressing him on the Signal story and asked if he thought it was cool to have conversations over it. Then he just lit her up with what has to be one of the most savage responses anyone has probably ever given her.

"Since you undoubtedly don't want to talk about the VA ... I would like to know why CNN is hostile to veterans — especially one in Florida, where you just had a $5 million defamation suit, taking offense to a veteran who was trying to help people," he said, just skewering the network.
"One of your employees actually said, 'We're going to nail him.'" Collins exclaimed.
I have a question for you, Kaitlan. Is that employee still employed? Are you really concerned about veterans? So if we don’t want to talk about veterans now, you want to talk about everything else, I’d like to hear from CNN as the veteran cabinet secretary why CNN seems to have a problem with veterans. [....]
“Answer my question, Kaitlan… What you want to do is talk about a subject I’ve already answered? [....]
“I’ve answered your question, why don’t you answer mine? Is this person still employed who said they were gonna nail one of my veterans, who he had to do a $5 million award from the jury because of defamation, and then you settled the case? Answer my question.”
Oh my, now that is one heck of an epic response. The look on her face was priceless as it completely changed. This is the "if looks could kill" look.
— Nickarama (@nickaramaOG) March 27, 2025Collins' response was also ironically perfect -- to prove the Secretary's point. The CNN host said that she had nothing to do with that case. The VA Secretary had nothing to do with the Signal story, so why are you asking him about that incident? Apart from just trying to continue a story to attack the Trump team? And he has a reason to ask about the CNN case since he's supposed to be protecting veterans. Did she ask the Biden team about their Signal usage?
