RNC Sues Michigan Secretary Of State, Claiming ‘Thousands’ Of Improperly Processed Ballots

Image
By Logan Washburn Plaintiffs claim ‘incomplete guidance materials’ from Benson’s office ‘contributed’ to the ‘confusion.’ The Republican National Committee is suing Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson after allegedly finding signature verification markers absent from “ thousands ” of ballots in the state’s primary election. “Our secretary of state is actively interfering in Michigan’s elections, disregarding the very laws she’s supposed to enforce,” said Michigan Republican Party Chairman Pete Hoekstra in a Thursday press  release  regarding the suit. “The Michigan Republican Party will never stop fighting for the safety and security of our elections, so every single Michigander can feel confident in their vote … .” The RNC, the Michigan GOP, and Chesterfield Township Clerk Cindy Berry sued Benson and Director of Elections Jonathan Brater for issuing “incomplete” guidance on ballot verification, causing “confusion.” The suit, filed Thursday,  claims  “thousands” of absentee

WATCH: The Best Fact-Check of Kamala Harris in History, and You'll Never Guess How It Ends

Image
By Bonchie Is this my most clickbaity headline in a long time? Probably. Am I about to deliver on every promise it makes? Absolutely.  The setup happened during the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, and the topic centered on the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. When pressed on the matter, Harris tried to pivot by claiming that there is not a single American service member currently serving in a combat zone. HARRIS: As of today, there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone, in any war zone around the world for the first time this century. That's a bold proclamation, but is it true? That's where this epic fact-check comes in and be sure to watch the video so you can see the twist at the end. Be warned that while hilarious, there is some salty language used: This is the greatest fact-check to ever exist. It will never get better than this. Savor it. pic.twitter.com/V6U6q4EF8t — Bonchie (@bon

Jamie Raskin Latest Democrat to Assault the Constitution, Says Electoral College 'Can Get You Killed'

Image
By Bob Hoge The Democrats are always prattling on about the supposed “threat to democracy” that Donald Trump and the GOP pose, yet time after time, it’s they themselves who are constantly undermining the Constitution with their  attacks on the Supreme Court  and their attempts to "reform it," their endless  assaults on free speech , and, of course, their stated goal to  nuke the electoral college . Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who disgraced himself by spitting on the Constitution by serving as the lead House manager in Trump’s second silly impeachment trial, is the latest Dem to deliver unhinged remarks on this topic as he spoke Friday with The Free Speech project at the Riggs Library in Washington D.C. About the Electoral College, he said, “These days [it] can get you killed.”  Wow. I knew it was important, but I confess to being unaware that it might kill you. The process caused January 6, he claimed: "Rather than a convoluted, antique, obsolete system from the 18th c

The Extremist Roots of Tim Walz: A Closer Look at His Radicalization

Image
By PUBLIUS In the murky waters of American politics, the ascent of Tim Walz, the Democrat vice-presidential nominee, raises eyebrows and questions. His political journey is steeped in the radical ideologies of Paul Wellstone, a figure whose ties to the Democratic Socialists of America and Marxist influences are well-documented. Is Walz merely a puppet of a far-left agenda, or does he genuinely embody the progressive ideals he espouses? Now, after seemingly rushing to elevate Walz to the national stage, one must wonder about the implications of his radical roots. Before his political career, Walz was a high school teacher and football coach in Mankato, Minnesota, presenting himself as a humble outsider. However, his true political foundation was laid in January 2005 at Camp Wellstone, a training camp designed to indoctrinate grassroots progressives in the radical methods of Wellstone himself. This camp, named in honor of a man who once declared, “I am an old Alinsky organiz

HOT TAKES: AP Gets Blasted for Attack on Musk's X, While Elon Gets the Last Laugh

Image
By Nick Arama We've seen media going completely over the line when it comes to bias in the aid of Kamala Harris and the Democratic narrative.  We saw the bias of the ABC moderators during the debate. We've seen the media constantly twisting the statements of former President Donald Trump and Senator JD Vance. There was, for example, the AP's horrible twist on what JD Vance said about a school shooting, claiming he said it was a "fact of life," but leaving out that he said it was a bad thing that it was a fact of life. Some of the media doesn't seem to even care anymore how overboard it goes in what they say or how much they lie, as long as it helps the Democrats.  Then there was the AP's take on Kamala's "private side" -- that was basically about her food likes, not about any policies or plans. It was gag-producing nonsense.  As some are fond of saying, "You don't hate the media enough" for how they have sold their souls, se

School Shootings: Don't Jail Parents, Arm Teachers

Image
Colin Gray, 54, the father of Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray, enters the Barrow County courthouse in Winder, Ga., for his first appearance Sept 6. By John R. Lott Jr. Understandably, we want to blame someone besides the 14-year-old who murdered four people last week at Apalachee High School in Georgia. People are shocked and upset that the father taught the boy to shoot and hunt and bought the boy a rifle for Christmas. But that doesn’t mean it made any sense for police to arrest the father the day after the school shooting on two counts of second-degree murder, four counts of involuntary manslaughter, and eight counts of cruelty to children. This isn’t the first time that parents are being held liable for their children's actions. Jennifer and James Crumbley were sentenced to prison for 10 to 15 years after their son perpetrated the 2021 Oxford High School shootings in Michigan. Their crime? Letting their son have access to the father’s pistol, which was used in

Former NFL Player Sentenced in COVID Scam

Image
By Lukas I. Alpert Travis Harris, a star college linebacker with the Florida Gators who played for several NFL teams, admitted he couldn't accept an ordinary life - so he stole nearly $1 million in COVID aid. In the city of Decatur, Ga., Travis Harris was a big man in town. A local high-school football star, he'd gone on to play linebacker in college for the Florida Gators and then knocked around the NFL. After his playing days were over, he came back home to the suburb of Atlanta and opened a string of restaurants and nightclubs. But when business went bad and the money dried up, the 43-year-old Harris couldn't get accustomed to living more simply, according to federal prosecutors. So he stole nearly $1 million in COVID-19 relief funds to keep his lifestyle going. "The defendant appears to have let greed and his personal pride overtake his moral compass, and he turned to fraud to maintain the image of financial success that seemed so important to him," p

Mr. President: It Really Is the Economy, Stupid

Image
Americans were better off when Donald Trump was president. The Republican needs to hammer this point home at every opportunity. By Scott Walker For Donald Trump to win in November, he needs to remind voters that their lives were better when he was president and that they will be better again if he is reelected. He cannot take the bait. He must be disciplined to stay on message every day to win. Thankfully, the facts are on his side. Americans are not better off today than they were when Mr. Trump was in office. “ABC Nightly News” anchor David Muir began the debate this week with a lengthy statement for Vice President Kamala Harris that ended with the question, “When it comes to the economy, do you believe Americans are better off than they were four years ago?” She ignored the question and responded with the glib answer, “So, I was raised as a middle-class kid.” That’s because she has no real answer. Four years of the Biden-Harris economy have been rough on many Americans,

Chris Wallace: As 'Famous Gangster Actor,' Robert De Niro Has Street Cred to Call Trump a 'Gangster'

Image
By Mike Miller Along with Hollywood "Meathead" Rob Reiner, La La Land's Robert De Niro is undoubtedly one of the most Trump-loathing people on the planet. The venom spewed by these two leftists against the former president is so toxic that the unintended humor is off the charts.  Toss Chris Wallace, former host of "Fox News Sunday," now a CNN simp, into the mix, and it doesn't get any better. Such was the case on Friday when Wallace trotted onto the set of "CNN News Central" to pimp   his latest episode of HBO Max's "Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?"   with De Niro. In both shows, Wallace fawned over TDS-riddled De Niro labeling Trump a “gangster” — and  ridiculously claimed  that the ad hominem against Trump means more coming from the veteran actor because he has played gangsters in movies. No, really. At least Wallace was honest about why De Niro came on his show. Well, what stood out is the fact that, frankly, people come on my
