BREAKING: Federal Judge Blocks COVID Vaccine Mandate for Health Care Workers Nationwide

Image
Skip to Comments By Matt Vespa Joe Biden wants his COVID vaccine mandate. The problem is it might not be legal. The mandate has now been soundly beaten in the courts regarding its constitutionality. The workplace mandate has been halted. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which was dragooned as Biden’s medical Gestapo force, announced they were halting enforcing the protocols until the legal issues were resolved. The Biden mandate for businesses forces companies with 100 employees or more to have a vaccinated workforce. The Biden White House was unfazed by the rulings and even defied the courts, telling businesses to keep working on their protocols for compliance.    Vaccine mandate for some health care workers blocked in 10 states  https://t.co/8PWi1WqLLP — CNN Politics (@CNNPolitics)  November 30, 2021 With health care workers, that mandate  was halted in 10 states . Now, that’s been expanded nationwide as a district judge in Loui...

Black Friday Gun Sales Can Best Be Summed Up with Two Words

Image
Skip to Comments By Matt Vespa Holy shrimp! No, that’s not the two words I’d used to describe Black Friday gun sales, but it’s close. It was a good day for the gun industry and American civil rights. With Democrats back in power and acting like idiots, they’re back to being the best sales team for the number one item they hate: firearms. Seriously, it’s hilarious to see such an anti-gun party do everything they can to make sure that everyone rushes to buy firearms and thereby forever killing chances of shredding the Second Amendment. Democrats pay for their anti-gun antics. We’ve seen it.   With economic security in doubt, lawlessness in our cities, and violent crime spiking, it’s no shock why Americans are rushing to gun stores to procure means of protection. With a new COVID lockdown possible, it just gives Americans yet another reason to stock up. Stephen Gutowski of The Reload wrote about the Black Friday sales, which could be summed up with two words: “truly remarkab...

Dem Senator Warns Of ‘Revolution’ If Roe Overturned In Case Now Before SCOTUS

Image
Skip to Comments By Hank Berrien This week, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in a blockbuster case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health , that could lead to the overturning of the infamous Roe V. Wade decision of 1973 that permitted abortion. Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), speaking at a virtual event on Monday featuring New Hampshire’s entire House and Senate delegation, condemned any attempt to overturn Roe, threatening that to do so would cause a “revolution.” “This infringement on women’s rights, on our privacy, on the attempt to have state control of our personal health, really is what we would see in an authoritarian state,” she said pompously. “It’s not what we would expect in New Hampshire. I think if you want to see a revolution, go ahead, outlaw Roe v. Wade and see what the response is of the public, particularly young people. Because I think that will not be acceptable to young women or young men.” . @SenatorShaheen on new abortion restric...

Team builds first living robots—that can reproduce

Image
Skip to Comments AI-designed Xenobots reveal entirely new form of biological self-replication—promising for regenerative medicine By Joshua Brown, University of Vermont Communications (BURLINGTON, Vermont) – To persist, life must reproduce. Over billions of years, organisms have evolved many ways of replicating, from budding plants to sexual animals to invading viruses. AI-designed (C-shaped) organisms push loose stem cells (white) into piles as they move through their environment. Credit: Douglas Blackiston and Sam Kriegman Now scientists at the University of Vermont, Tufts University, and the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University have discovered an entirely new form of biological reproduction—and applied their discovery to create the first-ever, self-replicating living robots. The same team that built the first living robots (“Xenobots,” assembled from frog cells —reported in 2020) has discovered that these computer-designed and hand-assem...

Democrats Make War On Religious Institutions Just In Time For The Holidays

Image
Skip to Comments The Biden administration stripped faith-based social services from helping kids, and lawmakers on Capitol Hill worked to force religious organizations out of child care. By Mary Vought As families across the country gather for important religious holidays like Christmas and Hanukkah, Democrats continue to attack religious liberty. By forcing all faiths to confirm to progressives’ new “woke” religion, lawmakers find themselves out of step with both the courts and the millions of families who rely on faith-based groups for critically important services. The week before Thanksgiving, the Department of Health and Human Services  announced  it had revoked waivers that the Trump administration granted to three states. Because of the waivers, faith-based organizations could continue receiving federal dollars to provide adoption services, while abiding by non-discrimination provisions in a manner consistent with their religious beliefs. But with the...

Left-Wing Students Demand Arizona State University Kick Kyle Rittenhouse Off Campus

Image
Skip to Comments Despite the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges, leftist student organizations are working to get him banned from campus.  By Gabe Kaminsky Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges in the shootings that left two dead and a third injured in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year amid the Black Lives Matter (BLM) riots, but those facts are irrelevant to left-wing students who want him banned from Arizona State University campus where he is enrolled.   Led by Students for Socialism, four groups plan to rally Wednesday for Rittenhouse’s removal. The 18-year-old enrolled for classes in October and plans to continue his studies in nursing upon a jury finding him not guilty. He  was accused  of first-degree reckless homicide, two charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree intentional homicide, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide. “Even with a not-guilty verdict from a flawed ‘justice’ syst...

Chris Cuomo silent about helping embattled bro during CNN prime-time show

Image
By Patrick Reilly Chris Cuomo did not mention the documents released by Attorney General Letitia James detailing his involvement in covering up his brother’s scandal. CNN’s Chris Cuomo declined on Monday night to mention the  bombshell documents released  earlier in the day, detailing the anchor’s role in defending his scandal-ridden brother, former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. The newly revealed trove of text messages and investigative interview transcripts was  made public  Monday by New York Attorney General Letitia James and may have put Cuomo’s $6 million-per-year job in jeopardy. CNN released a statement late Monday afternoon saying it would be reviewing the documents in the coming days. “The thousands of pages of additional transcripts and exhibits that were released today by the NY Attorney General deserve a thorough review and consideration,” the statement said. “We will be having conversations and seeking additional clarity about their significance as they...
